The plummeting birth/fertility rates worldwide can be simply solved by;
• removing women from the workforce & bringing them back home, so they can make babies & nurture them
• making abortion illegal again
• not rewarding women for divorce (giving them half a man's wealth)
• promoting polygamy and condemning homosexuality
• incentives for married people with many children
• affordable child necessities (education, health, food)
Make having babies great again!!!
@DavidColtart@ZimCricketv This is a perrenial problem in the history of our cricket. It was there even during my playing time in the years 2003 onwards.
A woman visits her husband in prison.
Before leaving, she tells a correction officer: "You shouldn't make my husband work like that. He's exhausted!"
The officer laughs and says, "Are you kidding? He just eats and sleeps and stays in his cell!"
The wife replies: "He just told
me he's been digging a tunnel
for months!"😩😂
The majority of Zimbabweans have entered upper middle income bracket?
I am sure that my good brother is not aware of the following facts from ZimStat:
1. Close to 50% of the population is in extreme poverty
2. Close to one third of children are suffering from stunted growth
3. 7 million of the population are youth (15 -35 years) and of the 7 million, 3.5 million youth are in the working class but are jobless
4. Informal jobs are sitting at 87.7% which means that jobs created in the formal sector are sitting at 12.3% - put simply we have 87.7% formal unemployment
5. Both hospitals and education sector, our critical social sectors are in intensive care.
5. Treasury is facing tight fiscal space and massive fiscal pressures which if not reined through cash budgeting - “we eat what we kill mantra,” will destabilize currency stability as well as the financial markets.
This would not be the case if the majority of Zimbabweans have entered the up middle income bracket.
Our desire yes is to get to the upper middle income status. We have to work harder as team Zimbabwe. What is certain is that we can’t get there through propaganda.
In this journey, right messaging and facts is important so that critical stakeholders in the ecosystem of policy making and policy implementation are inspired and motivated and not discouraged or dampened by lies 🙏
Madam Dictator delusionally believes she won 98 percent of the vote, falsely claiming an election turnout of 87 percent when the entire world saw that polling stations were empty. She is either surrounded by mediocre thinkers or is the female version of Idi Amin; ruthless but astonishingly daft.
She presided over an election worse than any Zimbabwe has ever held. And Zimbabwe, a benchmark for electoral farce, now looks tame when compared to Tanzania’s disgraceful sham.
Madam Dictator’s party secured 172 out of 174 parliamentary seats after she banned her main rivals and threw them in jail. Even by North Korean standards, this level of delusion and repression is absurd in Africa.
Tanzania will now be ruled, not led, by a highly illegitimate female dictator masquerading as a president. She has reduced a once proud nation into the punchline of global election jokes, a despot awarding herself 98 percent of the vote.
The tragedy is that she reportedly killed 800 Tanzanians to secure this grotesque parody of democracy.
For a nation that once championed the liberation of Africa, this is a heartbreaking leadership epitaph. Killing 800 citizens to cling to power is not leadership at all and it is not how Africa should be viewed because it is monstrosity.
Madam Dictator has turned Tanzania’s proud legacy into a graveyard of its own democracy. From banning Twitter to shutting down the internet completely, everyone who took part in this embarrassing tragedy should be truly ashamed of themselves!
Zimbabwe is now optimised for three types of people: 40+ rich males, hot young women, and the politically connected male with narcissistic personality disorder and a heavy dose of the Dunning–Kruger effect. Everyone else in the grey area is basically a spectator.
When a society descends into this perpetual “race to the bottom” of anti-intellectualism, feja feja mbingarism, and megalomaniacs with main-character syndrome… it’s doomed.
What will happen to the majority of jobless young males who will struggle to find a mate or career? Or the talented young females who can’t get a job without being sexually harassed or expected to pander to male elites as a norm? How will they find husbands from a pool of demotivated young graduate males , who dance in pampers for an ex-jap, smeared in baby powder?
What happens to the family unit that builds a society, as our feeds are now filled with Tinashe Mugabe-esque drama and marriage breakdowns?
We will continue to follow global trends of the societies we most want to mirror. Our kids will continue to sink into AI slop and brain rot on the cheaper devices of mass distraction we connect to Starlink for $30 per month. Why? Because the parents are in the swamp being distracted too.
Something will have to give. The solutions are going to be far more painful than we are willing to endure.
Just random thoughts.
Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
