@ScotRail as if this shambles of a service wasn’t bad enough this morning, being shunted here there & everywhere…neither train had the heating on!!! It’s minus 8 outside! I can’t feel my toes! Absolute disgrace! @scotfail 😡😡😡

@ScotRail @scotfail It was the 7:45 from Blantyre which then had signalling problems at Newton. Told us we were then going the long way, only to get to Motherwell to be told our train is terminated. We are now on a delayed train from Motherwell to Glasgow with 2 train loads of people FREEZING!
