This account isn't going live again - I still can't be bothered rewriting the RTbot - but that tweet from @ScotRail is a perfect example of why it's not really needed any more. ScotRail do excellent work over social media and don't need me harassing them (any more).

But while I'm here, here's a fun fact: many years ago my mum was responsible for social media for a company in a related industry to @ScotRail and visited their offices to see how they did things. She was mortified to see them call out this account specifically!
