@EngMartin3@ScotRail Thanks for reporting Angus. I’m just concerned that a good stretch of platform 1 hasn’t been treated since snow fell yesterday morning and many passengers were struggling again today.
Hi @ScotRail, how about you update platform screens from “Delayed” to inform passengers train is going somewhere. Employee shouting from the other end of the platform isn’t the solution. App also didn’t change from “Delayed” until train had departed as shown in attached.
@ScotRail Thanks Angus. It wasn’t clear that train was going anywhere until it departed. Large group of passengers standing around unclear if train was the train on screen or if it was going anywhere at all. Could be clearer.
