@zach_m_s Zac, it does come down to your mental health and weighing up the pros/cons. Just make sure that if you pursue, you’re health is taken care of ☺️ and that you have measures to help you if so! Nothing bad with not doing it either.

@mustbepearls I don't know... maybe.. to do low to mild intense exercise with a buddy? To join a weightless community group? To seek out group mental health therapy? There are things @mustbepearls can do that do not require spending money or using a lot of energy
