Aryan Khan, a superstar’s son. Living a private life, loved by superstar fans. The moment he got arrested in drug-related cases:

“He is targeted for being a Muslim.”

AR Rahman, one of the most loved composers in India. The moment his work dried up because his kind of music faded and he didn’t put in enough effort to catch up:

“I think I get less work for communal reasons.”

All the achievements are only theirs; failures aren’t. Failures are of the people who “target them for their religion". Bro, you were of the same religion when people were loving, celebrating, and supporting you. If religion were an issue, you wouldn’t have got the fame, money, and idolatry, but you never acknowledge that. When everything is going right, religion is invisible. It appears only when accountability begins.

In Rang De Basanti, Bajrang Dal was portrayed as a thug to damage his image in the name of secularism.

In Main Hoon Na, an Indian Army officer was shown as a terrorist, and Pakistan was portrayed as if it were our friend, and that was called secularism.

In PK, our revered Mahadev was mocked, and that was labeled secularism.

In Haider, the Surya Mandir was shown as the devil's cave, Pakistan was glorified, and sympathy was shown toward terrorists, and even that was called secularism.

"Nathuram Godse shot Gandhi and waited. Silently. Calmly. Not to escape, but to explain.

Because to him, Gandhi wasn’t a Mahatma anymore. He was the man who surrendered Bharat’s soul.

Born in 1910, Godse was first raised as a girl, with a nose ring & feminine attire, to “fool fate” after his parents lost multiple sons.

That strange beginning didn’t define him, but the rage that followed Partition did.

Godse was no fringe criminal.
He was sharp, articulate, and fearless.

He had the spine to leave RSS, embrace the Hindu Mahasabha, and stand against the entire post-1947 establishment.

While others debated, he acted: deadly and decisively.

January 30, 1948. He walks to Gandhi.
Bows in respect & fires three bullets at point-blank range.

Not in panic. Not in chaos. But with purpose.

He folded his hands. Didn’t flee. Didn’t struggle. He wanted a trial, not a cover-up.

His courtroom statement, “Why I Killed Gandhi”, shook the nation.

Even Nehru feared its words more than its bullets.

It was banned for decades and buried in archives. Why? Because it questioned Gandhi’s sainthood and exposed ideological fault lines in India’s foundation.

Godse blamed Gandhi for:
Fueling the Khilafat disaster, Justifying Moplah Massacre, Pressuring Hindus to accept Pakistan, Denying justice for Partition victims.

Going on a hunger strike… to force ₹55 Cr payment to Pakistan while refugees begged for food.

He wrote: I do say that my shots were fired at the person whose policy and action had brought rack and ruin to millions of Hindus.

I bear no ill will to anyone individually, but I do say that I had no respect for the present government.

Even his execution was a shadow act. No press. Nobody. No funeral. Ashes kept secretly, with one wish: Let these be immersed in the Sindhu when Akhand Bharat rises again.

His brother, Gopal Godse spent five decades writing and defending Nathuram’s ideology, producing books like:

History wasn’t allowed to hear their side. But they kept writing. The men who made Partition happen ruled India. The man who blamed them swung from a rope. This wasn’t just an assassination.

It was a war of narratives, and for 70 years, only one side got to speak.

You don’t have to support Godse. You don’t have to hate Gandhi. But you must read, and you must question. A civilization that buries uncomfortable truths walks blind into the future.

Just remember: Bharat's story is not always black and
white.

Was listening to .@BDUTT's Mojo show on "Decoding Modi's podcast" and what struck me was how those on the left, still don't get him.

Towards the end, Barkha asks one of the guests, a Mr. Sugata (I forget his last name), what he thought of it because Sugata had mentioned that he had not listened to the whole thing because he was bored.

Sugata says (and I am paraphrasing), "He is the first PM who has no western influence. Who hasn't read any western books. Whose knowledge is not textual. He hasn't quoted a Bertrand Russell. A class of PM like Nehru had written his autobiography by the time he was 50 and had put thoughts into words and text."

This is what the left doesn't get. That this is the first PM India has, who has a HINDU and INDIC view of Bharat. Not a western-induced view. That you can be textual (Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Vedas are also texts, no?) without reading western thinkers.

After all, how many Indic texts have western leaders read?

This self-confidence of someone rooted in the land and its culture, traditions, thought processes, ethos -- this is precisely why today's Indians vote for him. This is a non-mentally colonised Indian PM. The first such.
