Had a terrible experience with @AirIndiaX . Missed my flight from Bangalore to Gwalior on 7th Dec for sister’s wedding despite reaching on time due to incompetent and clueless ground staff taking forever for each person in queue and showing no support to understand and help.

@AirIndiaX FYI my cousin checked in from the counter right beside me while I kept on waiting for almost 15 minutes for person in front to get done. Thanks to your incompetent ground staff
