Dear @ajtradinglucid
I am writing to respectfully request a manual review of my account, as I am concerned that it has been flagged despite the fact that I have not yet completed the KYC verification process.
I only registered the account and have not engaged in any fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity. Therefore, I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to complete the verification process and clarify any concerns associated with my account.
I have great respect for your company, particularly for the services you provide and your payout policy. This is why I would like to resolve this matter through the proper verification process rather than give up on my account.
If there are any concerns or issues regarding my account, I am fully willing to provide all necessary identification documents, supporting information, or any other details required for verification.
I kindly request that you review my account manually and give me a fair opportunity to complete the KYC process. I would be extremely grateful for your consideration and assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.
@TradingLucid
Hello sir @ajtradinglucid , it has now been 22 days since my account was flagged for KYC, and the status is still showing as “Under Review.” The confusing part is that I haven’t even submitted a single document or started the KYC process, yet my account was flagged.
I kindly request you to please look into my case and consider my issue at least once
Hello @avikkfp@Khldfx@fundingpips , I’ve seen many traders getting banned because of CID-related issues. In some cases, it’s difficult to know whether the issue was caused by an actual rule violation or a system error, and only the trader may know what really happened.
If I ever face a similar situation, would your team be willing to conduct a manual review before taking any action?
Honestly, I don’t want to risk getting banned at FundingPips because of a misunderstanding or technical issue, which is one of the main reasons why I haven’t purchased an account yet.
Hello sir, I have a question regarding ur KYC process. Once a trader successfully completes KYC verification, why would they be required to complete it again for a second time?
Also, if the verification fails during the first or second attempt, do you provide an option for manual verification?
I’m asking because I previously had a strange experience with Lucid. I had only registered an account and hadn’t submitted any documents or even started the KYC process, yet my account was flagged for KYC-related reasons. Because of that experience, I’m curious to understand how your KYC verification process works. @BrettSimba@Tradeify
No matter how much we complain, bro, they probably won’t care. We’re just small traders, so our issues may not seem important to them. I also faced KYC problems with Lucid. I kept asking about it repeatedly until I got completely tired and eventually stopped bothering about it.
At least @BrettSimba replied to you, but @ajtradinglucid didn’t even ask me what my actual issue was .....
Bro, you requested a $76K payout… that’s MASSIVE 😭💀
Let’s be real for a second.
Small payouts usually go through without much noise. But when someone requests $76K, obviously the firm is going to look at the account under a microscope 🔍👀
Every trade.
Every rule.
Every detail.
I’m not saying the amount was the reason for the rejection.
But in the prop firm world, once the payout gets big, things tend to get complicated.
And this isn't limited to one firm either. We've seen big payout requests get delayed, heavily reviewed, and sometimes rejected across the industry.
The least a firm can do is be transparent.
If a trader actually broke a rule, fine. Reject the payout.
But tell them exactly what happened.
Which rule?
Which trade?
What evidence?
Don’t just leave the trader sitting there confused. 🤷♂️
Transparency would solve half of these arguments in the prop firm space.

76K Payout Denied
No Response No Proper Explanation
I chose 5ers because its in Top 3 in @PropFirmMatch
Its Really hard to even make profit as a trader now this rejection made it even harder
Thanks For The support Guys 😭
Sir, not every trader wants to commit fraud. Only someone without skill may think about cheating.
I understand that you introduced the new KYC policy to identify people who try to commit fraud, but because of this, genuine people are also facing problems. I am one of them.
Sir @ajtradinglucid Please remember one thing, not every trader is a fraudster or intends to commit fraud. At least please consider this perspective. This situation is causing me a lot of pain.
Sir, at least please give me some clarification or an update on this issue. If I get a proper response from your side, I won’t keep asking about it repeatedly.
The reason I’m following up is that I haven’t received any response or update from anyone so far. My situation is also confusing because I haven’t completed KYC or submitted any documents, yet my account was flagged for a KYC-related issue.
I’m not trying to create any unnecessary trouble. I’m simply trying to understand why this happened and get the issue resolved through the proper process. I’ve been trying to get an answer because this is affecting my account.
Please understand my situation, sir, and at least let me know what is happening or what I need to do from my side. @ajtradinglucid@TradingLucid@RomanianUSA@jmutrades@MSTARROHIT
