We are at a Disney on ice show at Sunbet. Pop corn is R300 cause it comes with a bucket and cotton candy is R250 cause it comes with some mask. You can’t get any of the items separately. A bubbles blowing toy is R600.

Traveled all the way to Munich to see my girls. I have restricted access 2 them. Today is my daughters birthday party, and I am not allowed in the house. Opened gifts that I got them in the parking lot … & have been told that if I want to see them, it will have to be outside🤷🏽‍♀️

Someone did this to me…in an interview. Loud whispering ‘should I close the door?’ -that had been closed. I tried hard to not look away from the screen but she legit stood there for 2 minutes that felt like eternity. I was anxious already. I buckled😭

10:01 AM. I log onto the Zoom call with the corporate board. Literally two minutes into my presentation, the kitchen door flies open. My husband walks in, completely ignores that my camera is on, and starts slamming cabinet doors. He loud-whispers, "Where did you put the good coffee mugs? I have a teammate logging into my call in five minutes.

I muted myself, pointed at the cabinet right in front of him, and tried to smile for my clients. He grabs a mug, drops it, and it shatters across the tile. Instead of cleaning it, he sighs loudly, looks at his watch, and says, "Can you sweep this up real quick? I'm going to be late," and walks out. My clients saw the entire thing. My hands were shaking.

It’s not slang sis. It’s full on languages from different tribes that we can interchange in sentences. There’s no structure or expected switch. We just speak 6 real standalone languages in a paragraph. Because we are not ‘bi lingual’ what’s the 6 language version of that?
