@JioCare I bought a new Jio prepaid number yesterday, and since activation I am getting repeated abusive and threatening calls from someone claiming the number is his.Also receiving calls from [phone] calling me Vidyawati.Plz verify d number’s history n take urgent action

@JioCare You must freeze any inactive mobile number for at least one year before giving it to a new user.
Before allotting, inform the customer that the number was previously used and may receive unwanted calls.
Every customer deserves a fresh, unused number. #MobileNumberPolicy

I’m not satisfied with ur response in DM. It’s disappointing that Jio is ignoring a clear privacy and security issue. If a solid solution isn’t provided, I’ll have to discontinue using Jio services.
