@sanjiva@nomadic_sanjee Visited SL in Dec/Jan & didn't observe notable changes, despite living abroad. The fact that people are thin doesn’t mean they are not eating. And, needless to say a typical SL is thinner than a European.

@TK_HelpDesk Thanks. The new feedback I created was a response to them saying the offer is no longer available. But if they acted on the feedback in December itself when I first reached out, we would have been able to do it. I hope you understand the frustration
@TK_HelpDesk thanks for looking into and after weeks, finally, someone responded, and now they are saying they can't do it since the previous upgrade offer is no longer available. I have been trying to resolve this since December 14th and I wish they looked into this in December itself :(
.... It's perplexing to involve my bank in a miles upgrade process, even more so when my attempts to seek clarification have gone unanswered for weeks. As a loyal customer, my expectation from an airline that prides itself on excellence is for issues to be handled promptly

@afkham_azeez These stats can easily be manipulated. It has been done everywhere in the world. Unless there is a way to prove or disprove these numbers, one should be careful to not jump into conclusions
@nuuuwan I really don't understand the point of the https://t.co/b8IbLzSjT4 tweet. Both countries don't have gender or racial equality, period! People try to highlight these when the reality is far away from the practice.
@TMobile is telling me they can't find whats in the package they received with my trade-in device, hence can not apply $500 credit. I can't believe a company this big, looking for good customer satisfaction can work like this cc @JohnLegere. I would never trust t-mobile like this

@TMobileHelp@JohnLegere I think “all” the options you mentioned boils down to opening a claim with UPS which is ridiculous in my opinion for a package that got delivered
This also boils down to the integrity of the t-mobile agents we talk to since it seems like things promised were not kept repeatedly
