Sitaram Motors Dondaparty – Royal Enfield Vizag charged illegal 1.2% card surcharge. No invoice given. Also added extended warranty without my consent.
Clear violation of RBI & Consumer Protection Act.
Actual amount Rs.18374 but charged amount Rs.18594

Still waiting for a response from @India_Yamaha regarding the unfair charges added by Platinum Motors, Dondaparthy.
Logistics, PDI & forced RSA are NOT mandatory and should not be billed to customers.
Requesting prompt action — this delay is affecting my purchase decision.

@India_Yamaha Visited Yamaha Platinum Motors, Dondaparthy for XSR 155 — dealer added unwanted “mandatory” charges like Logistics (₹1950), PDI (₹2800) & RSA without consent. These are already included in ex-showroom price.
Unfair & unethical. Request Yamaha India to intervene.
