On this day, 12 Sept 1977, Steve Biko was murdered by the Apartheid State.
His genius gave us these words: “One day, we will be able to give SAfrica the greatest possible greatest gift: a more human face.”
His murderers showed the world the absence of that human face.

No disrespect to Dan Carter but this should have been a player from South Africa as we’re the current World Cup Champions! Why not Tendai Mtawarira or Frans Steyn? #RWC2023#rugbyworldcup
Petty moment:
Why did Dan Carter do the unveiling of the Rugby World Cup Trophy at the opening ceremony?
Were NZ the holders of the cup?

The latest issue of @JBI_EI presents a diverse collection of articles that explore the various aspects of clinical, operational and strategic approaches to #EBP.

Mrs Zondeni Veronica Sobukwe passed away on 15 Aug 2018 at the age of 91.
She was the wife of one of the most intelligent political thinkers our country has ever produced, Mr Robert Sobukwe.
She died at her home in Graaff-Reinet.
Our schools should teach these stories.
Some think nursing is common sense, a trait you're born with, that the caring woman next door can do it and that kindness and compassion are what is required. While these are important, nurses must also be analytical, creative, competent and the critical consumers of research.
