1.Shot Clock (though I know funding is difficult)
2. Simultaneous Shooting Space Calls: Play College Rules
3. Move to Quarters (12 minutes)
4. Free Movement Through the Crease on Defense
5. AP’s instead of Re-Draws

Make the ref's lives easier, improve gameplay, and prepare the girls for the college game.
