Inclusion/exclusion of Prejudicial & Probative evidence needs to be re-examined in criminal cases imo. Especially in cases of child abuse - not just adult violent crime.

Just saying ‘harsher’ sentences does not deter crime - fundamentally excludes the impact of the crime on the victim & surviving party by just focusing on the accused or guilty party.

@peter101s @72lancaster @TPSOperations Random minority on minority crime occurs too. As someone who was robbed & attacked at knifepoint - believe me, minorities who get attacked also want justice regardless of the ‘optics’ on the accused or guilty party.
