Got scammed by blinkit
I ordered 1 gm gold coin from blinkit, along with the 1gm silver coin. It was all prepaid. I wasn't there at home to receive the order, so I gave the otp to my younger brother to get it received. After 20 mins I reached home and saw wrong item was delivered I. I got 0.5gm Malabar gold coin (rose design). What I ordered was 1 gm Mata lakshmi gold coin. Aur 20 mins baad return window has been closed, I can't contact any support executive. Maine delivery waale ko call lagaya, I literally cried while talking to him. Uske paas delivery karne se pehle woh coin ke pictures hai par usne kaha woh kuch nhi kar skta even after knowing he delivered me wrong item.
(I do have CCTV footages too of getting wrong item delivered)
Also It was the first and last time of me ordering something so expensive from blinkit as their customer support is pathetic, have to chat with ai bots

I am writing to express my absolute disappointment with the service I received on my order (#188980688223843) from Jalsa Hotel Family restrnt. This experience has made me regret ever switching from zomato to Swiggy, expcting better service.

I then reached out to Swiggy chat support, but they simply shrugged it off and told me to email [email protected]. This experience is completely unacceptable, and it has left a sour taste regarding Swiggy's reliability and customer service standards.

Even though I usually do not fall for the @CRED_club jackpots, but yesterday I just played the friday jackpot without having any hope of getting anything meaningful. But I scored the JACKPOT and it wasn't a small one. It included a Macbook, Ipad, Airpods Max and a TUMI bag worth INR 3.25L.

I filled out the form to receive the items and they took my PAN to pay the TDS on the jackpot. BUT few minutes back I get a call from Cred team that they had to cancel the jackpot because of some technical issue and they crediting back the coins and good will gesture INR 1K cashback.
