Building IDENTICRAFT. Helping ambitious dentists become known for something meaningful online. Discover identity → Build authority. No videos or reels required.
Why I'm building IDENTICRAFT
For many years, people knew me for different things in dentistry.
- Perionomics.
- Clinical Smile Design.
- Dental (Perio-Implant) education.
- Marketing.
- Building communities.
But looking back, I realised something interesting.
None of these started because I was an expert.
They started because I was deeply curious about something.
I explored. I learned. I experimented.
I shared.
And slowly...
- Ideas became clearer.
- Skills became stronger.
People started associating my name with certain ideas.
Authority was not something I claimed.
I was only a student sharing my learnings, curiosities, and experiences across different areas of dentistry.
But over time…
those small acts of sharing started compounding.
They opened new opportunities, helped me grow, and slowly shaped the identity people associated with me.
But today I see so many incredibly talented dentists holding themselves back.
Not because they lack talent.
But because they believe:
"I need complete clarity before I start."
"I need to become the ultimate expert before I share."
"I need to make videos and reels to become visible."
I don't believe any of these are true.
The best people I know built their expertise on the journey.
They became known because they started expressing what they genuinely cared about.
That's why I'm building IDENTICRAFT.
To help ambitious dentists discover their identity, build authority, and become known for something meaningful online.
Because the world doesn't need more people copying what works for others.
It needs more people discovering what is uniquely theirs.
If you are a dentist who feels you have something meaningful inside you that you want to build, share, or become known for…
I would love to hear your story.
What is that one thing you’ve always wanted to explore but kept postponing?
Follow along. I’ll be sharing everything I’m learning about identity, authority, and becoming known for something meaningful online.
Most people think jaw pain is just a physical problem.
The research says otherwise.
A 2025 study found that almost 60% of people with orofacial pain scored low on emotional stability—meaning they were more likely to be anxious, worried, irritable, hypersensitive…
Why people burn out after starting something new (eg. joining an online program) to create something new (eg. build their online presence & authority)
1. They underestimate the volume of work.
- Writing posts is the visible part.
- Research, thinking, editing, engaging, and consistency are the real workload.
2. Very high expectations from themselves (pressure)
- Instead of documenting what they're learning, they pressure themselves to sound authoritative from day one.
3. They compare their beginning to someone else's middle.
- Every post reminds them how far behind they feel, even though they are progressing.
4. They start with intensity instead of sustainability.
- Seven posts a week sounds exciting in Week 1.
- Exhausting by Week 3
This is very common till they get adjusted to the new rhythm that is building.
Also, their old self pulling back, telling them what was the need to do all this.
But it's a passing phase. People get adjusted to the new lifestyle soon, provided they take it easy.
All you have to do is enjoy the process.
Just go on living your normal life but with a renewed purpose, keep documenting new learnings, and keep sharing small lessons.
Given a choice, should you go for an implant or save your natural teeth?
Let's look at what caught my attention recently.
Official statement of *American Academy of Periodontology (AAP)* in Nov, 2024:
Research shows that the current generation is reporting high levels of stress, anxiety, and psychological distress.
In today’s world, where stress often seems inevitable, what can we do to ensure consistent recovery and avoid burnout?
The true purpose of communication isn't expression or information.
It's transformation.
By sharing our perspectives & ideas online, we try
1) To reshape Beliefs
To help people see the world differently than they did before.
2) To influence Behaviors
To help people take actions they otherwise would not have taken.
3) To foster Belonging
To help people feel that they are part of something larger than themselves.
If your content isn't changing beliefs, behaviors, or belonging, it's probably just creating noise.
What is Autologous Guided Bone Regeneration? 2026 research
Three components that play key roles:
1. Autologous bone (gold standard for grafting): Provides osteogenic activity, osteoinductivity & osteoconductivity.
2. Autologous bone marrow:
Provides mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) for osteoblast differentiation and microenvironment regulation;
3. Autologous growth factors (e.g., Bone Morphogenetic Proteins [BMP], Transforming Growth Factor-β [TGF-β]): Regulate bone regeneration via cell signaling pathways.

As a surgeon–martial arts expert, I am part of two timeless concepts that can benefit modern society.
1. Hippocratic Oath
2. Five Precepts of Karate-do by Funakoshi Gichin (Dojo Kun)
They both belong to different eras and cultures, but the parallels they have are mind-blowing
Once you hit a 20-point IQ gap, communication doesn't just strain—it completely collapses.
You're not dealing with "stupid" versus "arrogant." You're operating on entirely different mental operating systems.
Vocabulary, abstraction, and logic diverge so sharply that crystal-clear reasoning sounds like pretentious gibberish. Jokes bomb, metaphors are taken literally, and intricate cause-and-effect chains get dumbed down to "this good, that bad."
Time horizons shatter: one thinks in years and complex systems, the other in hours and immediate rewards.
Second-order consequences become alien concepts. Processing speed widens the chasm—the faster mind races three steps ahead in frustration, while the slower one feels overwhelmed and patronized. Both sides leave exhausted, misunderstood, and convinced the other is impossible. Pure wasted time.

Research shows inclement weather like rain can reduce overall physical activity by 20%.
It also marks a period of low immunity, inconsistent workouts, sluggish metabolism, and the advent of viral illnesses.
“I hear a clicking noise in my joint, but it doesn't give me any pain. Why should I visit a TMJ specialist?”
Completely understandable.
If it isn't broken, why fix it, right?
My most energetic Karate student is 83 years young, and today he gave me a life-changing learning.
Post a gruelling early-morning Karate session, in a casual conversation, I asked him:
“What is the purpose of life?
The most common culprit connecting posture to jaw pain is Forward Head Posture (FHP)—affectionately known as 'text neck.' For every inch your head juts forward, your neck muscles have to support an extra 10 pounds of weight!
You're not stuck because the solution is difficult.
You're stuck because the solution feels too simple.
And because it feels too simple, you don't trust it.
So you ignore what works and keep looking for something more complicated.
You complicate things because your mind has been conditioned to believe that results must be earned through struggle.
So when the answer is simple, it feels wrong.
