The location is 5th road: the back walls of KStar mall. This started with 2-3 people sleeping on the pavement and has turned into this - a mini slum. The CID office is bang opposite. Will this become a full fledged slum or will BMC do something about it?

Inspite of several complaints to BMC MW ward, here is a slum being developed: opp CID police chowki, 5th road, Chembur East. They live here, bathe, cook, eat, sleep and raise families. Where else can we complain?
