A fantastic afternoon spent with young folk in Shetland aligning our ambitions as an employer with young peoples career aspirations and talking about ways to support and develop our young workforce👌#shetlandisawesome @DYWshetland @NHS_Shetland
On Wednesday, we teamed up with @DYWshetland to host an incredible workshop aimed at inspiring young people to explore what it might be like to work for us. Pupils from Anderson High School & Brae High School joined us at the Mareel for an engaging afternoon. @chitsy697 🌟

Yesterday, we visited the remote island of #Foula,
20 miles west of Shetland.
Foula has a population of about 35 people inc 5 young people who attend the island's school & are keen participants in the @NHSChildsmile programme.
