Since 1998, Pakistan’s strategic behaviour is anchored on *Takbeer, Tamkin, and Tawazun*.

In 1998, Pakistan declared *Takbeer* : a sovereign stand against coercion.

In May 2025 episode with India, it upheld *Tamkin* : composure and control under fire.

And today, Pakistan embraces *Tawazun* : the balance between strength and restraint, deterrence and dialogue.

Pakistan does not react, it responds with resolve. No bluster, but balance.
