@ablegroupuk DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Came to do a simple fix on toilet,1st plumber lied and said it was fixed. Second plumber invented a trumped up job and never turned up to do it. No refund. Now cancelled and found another company 1/5th of price quoted by these absolute jokers

@Se_Railway I need to get a partial refund on my season ticket but your website says since I bought it from a station I must go into the station to get the refund. I am self-isolating so not possible, please can you help?
