@SouthwestAir we need to talk. I was on flight 3033 from HOU to DCA last night and rerouted midair. Then I was on flight 8850 from HOU to DCA today which was landed in BWI. No assistance from gate agents, can’t get through on the phone or app. My DMs are open.

Dulles regular customs line was >2 hours. Global entry took 93 seconds and that’s only because there were 2 people in the line in front of me, one with a question for the agent. And yes I timed it.
