@glovo as your customer service is shocking I will try and get through to you on here. I ordered food which glovo failed to deliver. The women was at my door refusing to give me my food because it had been cancelled (I had not cancelled) and now glovo is refusing a refund! Awful

@glovo your company has awful customer service so I’ll try on here. I ordered a delivery which when arrived the women refused to give me my order and said it had been cancelled. (I had not cancelled it) I have asked for my money back several times and they are refusing!!! Awful
