@AmazonHelp Hello! Yes I’ve tried that 10+ times over a few days. I think from what I’ve read this update has crashed the kindle completely.

@AmazonKindle last night my kindle did an update, and has since been frozen on the Home Screen. Hard reset not working & I’ve only had it just over a year! Please help :(

@AmazonHelp It unfortunately remained on the Home Screen with the tree picture, just flashed white and loaded the tree picture again. I let the kindle battery completely drain and then recharged to have the same thing happen also.

@AppleSupport Hey! I was on iOS15, I have just updated to 15.1 and the issue has resolved. Must have been a glitch in the previous iOS as it wasn’t working with restarts either. Thanks, all fixed now ,but wow it was ugly for a while 😂
