@challengesophie @herspirituk Pre-lockdown I was a regular runner with adidas runners London, cycles to/from work (20 miles round trip) until made redundant and attended yoga classes. Because lots of people seemed not to be adhering to guidelines in my area, I completely stopped outdoor exercise for 8 weeks
