@LauraKeefe4 I agree! When the day is long and dragged out, I feel myself feeling more irritable. I too do exercise or if I am in a rush I will talk to my friends to help me get through the rest of the day! This puts me in a better mood to finish my tasks for the rest of the day! #HKR1000
Reflecting back on Moodchecks, it made me realize that the days I was with family and friends, even though stressful things happened throughout the days, I was still in a better mood because they were by my side. Surrounding yourself with people you live truly helps. #HKR1000
@MeganFoote7 I agree! Taking time out of your busy schedules to do exercising does help out with mental health and a persons well being. Taking time to just focus on yourself for a while will help lower anxiety and depression levels! #HKR1000
Many workers find it difficult to talk about mental health with their bosses and coworkers due to the stigma surrounding it. Afraid that they will be less capable or may lose their jobs. This causes even greater mental health problems. #HKR1000 https://t.co/pOhHOxeDrg
@melaniew418 I totally agree! Mental health is just as important as physical health. Everyone needs to take time out for themselves. Being stressed can make you less productive, irritable and will lead to you being frustrated due to this lack of concentration and memory. #HKR1000
Based on the results, there is a high population of the class who do not take part in alcohol or drug use (94.1%). The same population has a good level for mental health (89.9%). Therefore reduced/absence use of drugs and alcohol can lead to better mental health! #HKR1000
