Not sure why their assessment differs so widely from Experian either who give me a Very high/high 980s score. Is this a common problem? Do you have any advice for building a credit score with Equifax when my “payment behaviour” (their words) is and has always been perfect? 4/4

@MartinSLewis I spoke to Equifax about a low/poor credit score (despite perfect payments etc). Their advice was I need a variety of credit arrangements e.g. credit card, loan, mortgage. 1/4

My concern now is for the future if I ever am in a position to apply for a mortgage that their low rating will hold me back, but their advice feels like a Catch 22! I.e you need more credit examples, but to get accepted for credit, you need a higher score. 3/4

Hi @O2 pls answer DM. Why are you charging me £160 for an airtime bill that should be no more than £14.07 for the final part of my plan? This is a ridiculous amount with no justification especially in the current climate

@AskEquifax @Equifax @MartinSLewis any ideas why my credit rating on Equifax is poor (it’s excellent on Experian) despite everything on the report being green? I’ve done everything right never missed a payment, no late payments, credit history over 5 years, on electoral roll etc

@easyJet hi just had a flight from Seville - Gatwick on Aug 14th cancelled and moved to the day before. We booked this return day for a reason and apparently there are no alternative options, even to other airports in London?? No explanation as to why the flight was cancelled…

@TicketmasterCS Hi, I had tickets in my basket for Ricky Gervais at the Wembley OVO Oct 20th. But after I authorised the bank payment in my app the ‘done’ button greyed out & I could not click it. This happened twice and then I was timed out and now I can’t get tickets
