Chloe and our team describe new Jurassic dinosaur teeth from the Isle of Skye, found by @davfof & @TomChallands.
The teeth show that big & small meat-eaters coexisted 170 million yrs ago in Scotland.
Huge congrats to former Geology & Physical Geography undergrad @chloeyoung1995 on her first-author paper in Scottish Journal of Geology! Chloe is now doing MSc in Bristol. Chloe & our team @GeosciencesEd describe new #Jurassic#dinosaurteeth from #Skye. https://t.co/hSe5iME5eP
Nice new #dinosaur teeth from #IsleofSkye published today, including a big one @davfof found when he and I were scouting the coast together. I'll be taking the 3D print of it into schools for the #ScottishFossilWorkshops this week! Congrats to the authors! https://t.co/nRVGJvoibH
If you're in Belfast (or anywhere close by), join us this evening for a dinosaur extravaganza! (And I'm also very excited to be talking to NI geology pupils this afternoon.)
