The Sun only had to prove that they believed what Amber was saying, not whether what she was saying was true.

A judge ruled in favor of the Sun. But in this case despite using transcripts from the UK trial, a jury still found her to be lying about those claims.

Because the case was against the Sun and the Sun had to prove they had reason to believe her claims. Heard was not compelled to prove certain evidence as a witness in that trial 1/2

Because yesterday testimony was laughable. All her witnesses have to go on is what Amber told them. And all of them lived in those penthouses but never saw any violence.

Still no medical records submitted and the depositions were from people who no longer speak to Amber and freeloaded off JD for years

She’s shown no medical records or photos that actually show the injuries she described. Photos taken of her after the alleged abuse show no injuries. So tell me what exactly makes you believe her? Or do you just believe her cause she’s a woman?
