@Jack_Ref @OctopusEnergy Had the same issue for several months on the electricity meter. If it missed half hour it just doesnt work and they have to do it manually if you ring them up. Apparently fix coming 1st march but thats long come and gone and i still haven't had eleccy bill for 3 months now

@MSFTMechanics @mattmcspirit How do you update them, is it a case of updating one base image and then it deploys x number of this image each time it scales so you only ever have to maintain one vm with app installs/updates etc. Can you retro fit to an existing pool of 10 hosts

@OntheBeachUK been trying to book a group holiday over phone for the past week but phone line is constantly closed. Got through by choosing i have current holiday and twice been told i will get a call with an hour. First call was last week and still no call back!
