Jo

Happily married mum of two. Give me a good book, cup of tea and chocolate for a bit of luxury. Tweeting in personal capacity etc etc....

[Jo @chocolatejoc]

Hello @DellCares just bought a 4K monitor and a new powerful desktop. Monitor has arrived with no power cable so it's useless. Customer service team have said they'll 'raise an issue to get me a plug' - better be the cable. Can't tell me when I'll get it. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

[Jo @chocolatejoc]

Incredibly proud.

Why is it impossible to get decaf tea in @StarbucksUK ? Decaf coffee ✅ decaf tea ❌
Thought it was just one branch but have realised it's the whole chain. Luckily there are other coffee chains that do... hello @CostaCoffee 🤗 #costacoffeeuk

[Jo @chocolatejoc]

Need to sort your automated email system out @Dominos_UK - got this even though store rang and told us they had no drivers so had to pick up our order. Do you tip customers who pick up? #marketingfail #dominospizza

@rcgp please start including training on the menopause as a mandatory element in GP training. Thank you @ThisisDavina for raising awareness of this issue which is affecting over 13 million women in the UK #davinamenopause

[Dr Louise Newson @drlouisenewson]

If what you saw on #davinamenopause last night shocked, angered or just disappointed you, @DHSCgovuk currently has an open consultation on #TalkWomensHealth, let them know what you think! https://t.co/a1EBul8jGd

Incredibly proud mum moment. Hours of work and it shows 😃

[Princethorpe Fashion @FashionPc]

Simply stunning Fashion work from Sophie. Marking of the A Level Fashion and Textiles final portfolios has been a joy! Such talented students and designers - we are sure to see their work again in their chosen industries. The very best of luck to you all.

[Jo @chocolatejoc]

Have sent several DMs since Sunday @sainsburys First messages got reply but none since. Could someone please reply as not happy to pay for melted ice creams that were delivered or smashed yoghurt

[Jo @chocolatejoc]

Not the neatest buns and no fancy cream piping for the middle but 12 were made and there's only 4 left. I think that says it all! @PaulHollywood love your iced bun recipe! #paulhollywood #homebaking

Think Snape's entrance into the portions room is one of my favourite scenes in Philosopher's Stone. Do you think Snape would have liked this @jk_rowling?

[Ricky Gervais @rickygervais]

Remember, it's better to create something and be criticised than to create nothing and criticise others.
