@buttonsized im on one only bc my antipsychotic meds caused my weight gain & i gained sm so fast i got papilledema & will go blind apparently if i dont lose weight.ppl think its easy but i still have to work out like crazy and eat way less than before to lose weight & sometimes i still gain💔

@sheepgirl444 this goes for atypical antipsychotics too 😞 i hate meds but without it ill be awake for days and have hallucinations while going literally insane . how the freak is nature going to solve that 🫩 ppl swear it’s just optional .

@kitttydoll i have insomnia and sometimes outside of my meds ill drink chamomile tea to relax my body before bed you should try that if you haven’t already! if your a smoker/vaper indica helps too
