One of the reasons I share almost everything we're doing in the South East is simple:

I want you to copy it.

If a strategy gets more children learning, gets more students excited about STEM, raises academic standards, or inspires excellence, don't admire it from afar or criticize Alex. Replicate it in your region. Improve it. Scale it.

Africa has spent too much time protecting ideas instead of spreading what works.

I don't want the South East to be the exception. I want it to become the template for Africa civilization.

Imagine every region in Nigeria building its own Olympiads, ranking schools, training teachers, identifying talent, and making education a public movement.

Imagine every African country adapting the same ideas to fit their own realities.

That's how continents change.

Education is Africa's greatest opportunity. If something works, copy it.

One thing that deeply worries me about Nigeria is this:

Some dreams are almost impossible to achieve if you're born, raised, and educated here.

Want to become an astronaut? There is virtually no pathway.

Want to become a world-class professional footballer? For most talented children, the route is far harder than it should be because the development ecosystem is weak.

And there are many other careers where your biggest obstacle isn't your talent, it's your geography.

This is why some Nigerians have to leave the country, not because they hate Nigeria, but because that's the only way to fully pursue their dreams.

That should concern all of us.

A child's future should be determined by their ability and hard work, not by the accident of where they were born.

Nigeria has no shortage of talent.

What we're missing is a system that allows talent to become greatness.

According to one of the Oyo State abducted victims, the bandits have already released them before the govt came, or so it seems.

"We trekked for one hour 30 minutes before we got to where the government came to rescue us".

The govt claims they were rescued, but a victim says they were freed. Now the question is, what led to their release?

Let's not forget that Zidane, the young man from Southern Kaduna, was arrested by the authorities, and sentenced to death for finding the courage to defend his community against Fulani jihadists.

He's still on death row in Kaduna prison.

36 international awards in Mathematics at just 14 years old.

He is a star, and the world will know him.

Dear young men,

Especially those of you between the ages of 27-33 and are still single.

This is how you know that you may have found your wife:

1. She's highly interested in what you do legitimately for a living, actively trying to encourage you to build your career or business, and always looking out for other opportunities for you.

2. If you live alone, she takes initiatives without being told by observing your home and trying to buy things she knows you need to live a better life in preparation for marriage.

3. She will hardly ask you for money, not because she doesn't need it, but because it's easy for her to get money from other men. And she knows that taking money from other men is an "invitation to treat", and can destroy her relationship with you. And she wouldn't want to make you feel that she's with you for your money, too.

4. When you give her money to do certain things, either for you or for her, she'll try to give you an account of how she spent the money.

5. She keeps boundaries with your friends and doesn't try to compare you with them. Rather, she would look out for that friend whom she observes has your best interests at heart, and encourage you to stay close to him.

6. She will not use sex as a weapon in the relationship, neither would she use it as a bargaining chip.

7. She actively gives you updates on how her day went, and she doesn't come to your house with her phone on silent mode or airplane mode.

8. She will try to abide by how you like her to dress, and she'll listen to you when you caution her about certain behavior that you do not like.

9. She'll actively want you to know her siblings and show interest in and respect for your siblings as well.

10. She'll not hold back if you ask her to lend you money, if she has it. But you, the man, must keep to your words when paying her back.

11. She'll bend many rules for you, but you should not take undue advantage of it.

12. She'll stress you sometimes, and test you in as many ways as possible. She's doing all that to see how well you can lead her, and how well you can control your emotions or anger.

13. She'll make mistakes. But you should use it as a teaching moment for her. If you don't judge her too harshly, she'll start to listen to you more. When you make a woman trust you with her vulnerability, she'll overlook some of your excesses.

14. She'll actively seek your validation and yours alone; whatever you say is good for her, she will accept it. And she won't care what the world says or feels about her.

15. She will not force you to be religious, but she will actively observe whether you respect God, because a man without God may not be a good leader.

If you have a lady that can do at least 10 out of the 15, you may have found your wife.

And remember, when you choose your wife, you have chosen your destiny.

The young man accused of cloning Tinubu's voice, Ifechukwu Dennis, the alleged originator of an AI-generated voice note impersonating the President @officialABAT, had languished in police detention and later in the Kuje Correctional Centre.

Today, however, human rights lawyer Prince Wayne Esq. Aluta Icon Chikeze secured his release. We were present in court to witness it, and we've since confirmed that he's rejoined his family.

We have now learned that the Nigeria Police Force has filed fresh charges against him at the Federal High Court, in what appears to be a continuation of his ordeal.

This fight is far from over. We will continue to challenge these charges and stand with him until he is completely free from what we believe to be an oppressive campaign of persecution.

Nigeria's young people need opportunities to learn, innovate, create, and flourish, not incarceration and endless prosecution.

This 15-year-old boy, Bassey Stephen Etim, won today's Sterling Bank Online National Mathematics Quiz.

He is currently an SS2 student at Dority International Secondary School, Aba, Abia State.

He outperformed every other student who participated from across the country.

This is Mr. Benjamin, and he is in charge of assessments for the International STEM Olympiad.

He said that this year's exam was the toughest ever, and for our boys to get gold, it means they are far ahead of their peers.

Nigeria has the brightest untapped brains globally.

This JSS 3 boy, Victor Onwubiko, has finished K.A. Stroud’s _Engineering Mathematics_ back to back. He is the best mathematician in the country at the junior secondary level.

He will be competing with students from 154 other countries this week in Rome, Italy, at the fierce International STEM Olympiad competition.

He is a genius, and the world will celebrate him.

Imagine if he had invested that N300k plus other monies he had been giving to her at just 24. By the time he gets to 30, with careful financial planning and discipline, he would be prepared to be a husband and father.

Let me repeat:

Your girlfriend is supposed to invest in you and make sacrifices for you, while you invest and sacrifice for the future of both of you.

But lack of patience and foresight and the love for toto is taking a huge toll on you young men.

And greed has taken a toll on you young girls.

A young man who is just starting life deserves to be in a relationship. It's how he would find his future wife and the mother of his future children.

It's not a period for him to waste scarce resources.

It's a period of vetting, cohabiting, helping each other, and living a prudent or frugal life..

Then he starts to build his life brick by brick while you, the girlfriend, support him, while he also leads you towards the right path and in line with your future goals and aspirations.

Stop all these transactional relationships you people are doing..

They're unhealthy, and they create unnecessary entitlement, lack of focus and misplaced priorities.

You should have sex if you want.

But sex should not be sold in your relationship.

He would always spend on you, but it should not be seen as a compensation for sex.

How will he spend on you?

1. When you go on dates.

2. When you cohabit with him from time to time.

3. When he wants to get you gifts.

4. Then occasionally dash you money.

Not him paying for your rent.

Not him buying expensive phones, hairs, shoes, bags etc.

Not him paying for your school fees.

And certainly not him buying you sanitary pads or feeding your family.

And all his earnings must be legitimate.

This is what young people in relationships should practice.

Contentment, discipline, and reasonable financial planning and future ambitions.

By the time you keep at it, you'd be building a healthy relationship and setting the proper foundations for your future, and possibly, marriage.

You would have earned your place, and be proud of yourselves.

Make no mistakes; you will definitely make mistakes.

You'll fight, quarrel, and even curse at each other.

It doesn't have to lead to breakups.

As long as no red lines are crossed.

Use each fight, quarrel, or misunderstanding as a teaching moment.

Where you have to apologize, do so.

Where you have to be accountable, do so.

Where you have to be transparent, do so.

I kid disappeared when he was 14, his folks searched everywhere for him with no success.

He was later discovered in prison and he was already 32. He couldn't even remember why he was arrested or how long his sentence is.

The prison doesn't have a record of his crime or sentence (that's what's making me bald with madness)

A human life was taken in such a horrific way, and somehow we’ve become so used to these tragedies that they barely shock us anymore. That should worry all of us.

Somewhere in a forest in Nigeria, innocent children are crying for their mothers. A headmistress who woke up that morning to teach is now in the hands of kidnappers.

Teachers who dedicated their lives to shaping futures are sleeping on cold ground in the bush terrified, hungry, wondering if anyone is coming for them.

And what are those paid to protect them doing? Sharing rally flyers. Mounting campaign stages. Smiling for photographs.
We have normalised the abnormal for so long that outrage no longer trends for more than 48 hours. We scroll past abducted children the same way we scroll past memes. And that should break every one of us.

These are not statistics. They are somebody’s child. Somebody’s teacher. Somebody’s mother.
Nigeria, when did we stop valuing life? When did power become more important than people? When did a campaign rally become more urgent than children in captivity?
If your government can organise a mega rally but cannot organise a rescue that government has told you exactly what it values.

Say their names. Keep the pressure. Do not let this die in the news cycle. They deserve to come home.
