Barrie Police are on scene at the intersection of Dean Avenue and Country Lane for a serious motor vehicle collision. The intersection will be closed until further notice.
Is the state really being neutral with regards to religion by eliminating Christianity and the Bible from public schools and universities? Not at all! The state is really replacing a Christian heritage with the religion of humanism.
Over decades of systematic training, our children have been bombarded with the secular humanistic worldview in public school systems in many countries. They have been taught that there is no God, there are no moral absolutes, they are products of evolution, and there is no clear meaning/purpose to life.
This humanistic worldview has become the dominant worldview in the public education systems.
“Religion” can be defined as “a set of beliefs.” The word “belief” is defined by Webster’s as “opinions, convictions—thoughts upon which one bases their actions.” Therefore, the state is not trying to be religion neutral, but in fact, it is promoting a non-deity-based secular belief (religion).

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter” (Matthew 7:21).
Scripture is clear that not everyone who claims to be in Christ is actually in Christ. There are many who profess Christ with their mouths, but their hearts are far from him.
And how do we know? Because they don’t do what he says!
“If you love Me, you will keep My commandments” (John 14:15).
Instead of loving Christ as he’s commanded—with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength—many of these professing Christians turn God’s grace into an excuse to sin, and so encourage others to do so.
“For certain persons have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ” (Jude 1:4).
These people will quote the Bible, claim they love God, attend church, and seem very winsome or charming on the outside, but inside they are ravenous wolves seeking to destroy the flock of God.
Now, of course, none of us can see the heart (the inside), but we can listen to what people say and watch the fruit that comes from their lives (and Jesus defines “good fruit” as obedience). So we take what people say and what they do and compare it against the authority of Scripture to see if it is true and if that person is someone we should listen to, follow, or—well—preach the gospel to!
Of course, we do both of these things every day at @AiG, and we produce resources to equip you so you can turn around and equip your children and those around you. And if you’re someone who holds a position where you get to teach and influence others, it’s vital you are doing the same!
We must raise up generations who know how to think biblically and who know what they believe and why they believe it.
Happy 250 years! We invite you to our events and new exhibits that explore the Bible’s story like never before, tracing its profound influence on American history from the founding era to today. https://t.co/zz5wYbic4H
I am honoured to have been appointed as the Conservative Shadow Minister for Digital Government and Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial intelligence and digital technologies are reshaping every aspect of our society, from our economy and national security to our privacy, jobs, and fundamental freedoms. Canada needs a principled approach that embraces innovation while protecting Canadians' rights, strengthening our digital sovereignty, and ensuring technology serves people, not the other way around.
I look forward to holding the government to account and working alongside my Conservative colleagues to advance policies that protect privacy, encourage innovation, create opportunity, and ensure Canada's digital future reflects our values.
Thank you to our Leader @PierrePoilievre for this opportunity. I am ready to get to work.
Though not all of America’s founding fathers were Bible-believing Christians, the United States was nevertheless founded on biblical principles. These fathers declared that our rights come from God, the sovereign Creator.
The US founding fathers recognized that our rights come from God and that the government should exist to protect our rights. However, if there is no God basis, then our rights can only come from the generosity of the state and its leaders. If the state gives us our rights, then the state can take them away.
Charles Darwin declared that man evolved and was not created and that some are more evolved than others. The state in essence can become the new god.
The Christian worldview begins in the book of Genesis with the words “In the beginning, God created. . . .” The key to returning America to a biblical base is to build from that solid foundation of Genesis 1:1.

Pride month? True pride should stem from our capacity for thought, love, selflessness, and empathy—not our basest appetites. These are the virtues that make us more human.

1,000 police deployed so Jewish families can safely march at Walk with Israel
For the third straight year, @MayorOliviaChow, Premier @FordNation, and Prime Minister @MarkJCarney all skipped the annual event in the heart of Toronto's Jewish community. They've done the demographic math.
I spent last Sunday on Bathurst Street in Toronto for the annual Walk with Israel — and the scene tells you everything you need to know about the state of this country right now.
Bathurst Street is the heart of Toronto's Jewish community. Synagogues, schools, restaurants, shops. Jewish life has been here for a century. It has also, in recent years, become the site of near-weekly antisemitic vandalism, shootings, and arson.
Police have largely looked the other way. I was personally arrested here last year for doing journalism by Officer MacDuff, who was back on duty again today. I'm currently suing him and the Toronto Police Force for false arrest.
Meanwhile, an estimated 1,000 to 2,000 police were deployed so that Jewish families — kids, grandparents, strollers, dogs — could walk down their own street without being attacked. No other community in this city requires that.
A small counter-protest did show up, flying Ayatollah Khamenei flags alongside Palestinian ones. This is not an organic movement. Antisemitic signs were being mass-produced. The organizers are among the estimated 700 Iranian-regime-linked individuals the federal government knows are operating in Canada — and does nothing about.
Today, for once, the police actually pushed them back. Mounted officers formed a barrier and moved the protesters away from the march route. It was a very different approach from the concierge service these same activists have received for the past three years.
Along the route I spoke with marchers, Rebel fans, and community members, including a local resident who told me he knows the weekly protesters by name and address, and still can't get anyone in authority to act.
Ontario Solicitor General Michael Kerzner, who is responsible for policing, has been aware of foreign funding behind these terror-linked organizers since 2023. Nearly three years later: nothing.
It was a good day. But it shouldn't take a thousand police just to go for a walk.
