@ThreeUK and still no phone service into day 4 after you “accidentally “ switched off my sim card, im into day 2 of trying to even get a reply online chat support. Hopeless and inexcusable
@FohenUK Another broken tap, that's 2 new taps in less that 3yrs, not told I need to buy yet another one, I was told when I replaced the last one that this fault had been rectified, apparently not😒

@RIMOWA so almost 2 weeks of PM. Messages, various ‘customer service agents’ and still no resolution. Not very good customer service for £1000+ luggage is it

@AskVirginMoney Not offering to credit my £140 membership fee to go towards my unnecessary usa phone costs then i see. Why can’t you text people like other fraud departments? Ever since you closed onlie the service has been terrible. It’s impossible to get support for anything
@AskVirginMoney I have the virgin atlantic credit card. Ive now had to call 3 times about the same charges being blocked. And almost 1.5hrs on the phone from the usa. Its not acceptable
@VirginMoney you jeep blocking the same transaction over and over im im The usa and have so far spent t $90 calling you to deal with this. Im beyond annoyed. I was assured after the 1st time this wouldn’t be blocked again. But again this morning i had to call

@VirginMoneyNews trying to order a new credit card with longer expiration date as im going to be working in the usa for 6months. Told its not possible and would have to cancel my account.. not great customer service for £160 per year fee
@CEOVirginMoney not off to a good start with your new remit! Cancelled online service so can no longer get statements into my account package, and not unable to get a new card issued with longer expiration date and told to just close my account and apply again &waste my £160 fee
