The Third US Circuit Court of Appeals (based in Philadelphia) just ruled 10-5 that New Jersey's ban on semi-automatic rifles and large capacity magazines (more than 10 rounds) is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

This is the first time that an appeals court ruled that a state's weapons ban violated the Second Amendment.

Unless you are following these things, or you just got lucky scrolling, you probably didn't see anything about this ruling because the lamestream media doesn't want you to know.

This court based it's decision on the SCOTUS 2022 Bruen decision. The Bruen decision stated in part that modern gun restrictions must be, "consistent with this nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.”

Like I said before, the rifle bans and the magazine bans the Washington state Democrats passed are unconstitutional, and this sheriff will not enforce those unconstitutional laws.

The report came from an FBI Albany Field Office dated September 25, 2020 that Confidential Human Source alleging that the Chinese government was producing "tens of thousands" of fraudulent U.S. driver's licenses to cast illegal mail-in ballots and votes for Joe Biden.

The suppression happened the literal day after Wray's testimony to Congress on September 24, 2020, in which he stated the FBI had not seen evidence of coordinated voter fraud ahead of the 2020 election (or no historical evidence of large-scale mail-in voter fraud.
