@thehunters_mark It's because the source material is even shorter... the audiobook version (narrated by the actor of Dany's brother in season 1 GOT) is less than three hours long
@J1EyedGamer@gematsu The Japanese version of the announcement clarified that it should still be released in 2026; I have no idea why the English version omitted this.
@SamsUxyyeah@koeitecmoeurope Unfortunately the producer of Origins said that 60 fps would come at the cost of having ONLY as many enemies on-screen as in previous games, which would defeat the point. (There's multiple camera moments that exist to boast of how many allies and enemies can appear at once.)
@GLHFtv@AustinCreedWins I'm guessing the latest; previous games with the Battle of Xiapi tended to nerf Lü Bu on that battle because he's the boss thereof, whereas Dynasty Warriors: Origins on the other hand...
Next up is the DW3 remaster
Sho-P:
-We found out that most people said DW3 was the best, so we went with 3
-The thin clothes could be Ziluan or Sanada Yukimura, but I'm not saying anything more until next reveal
-DW3R wont have DW3 actions as-is; there'll be some brought from DWO
@ThaimbomB@RPGSite As per the Famitsu (the source for this article), Origins' producer said that the Switch 2 version could have been a 60 fps game had there been only as many enemies on-screen as in previous games... based on how he's talked about this, 'enemies on-screen' is more important to him
@codytherudeguy According to the producer of Origins, 3 was the most requested... and if this remaster doesn't sell well, you can forget about 4 or 5 getting a chance.
@GlazedBelmont@RetroGameCorps For what it's worth, this official video appears to show removing-the-battery-while-plugged-in without interruption, albeit while plugged into a 100 W USB-C power bank: https://t.co/jCvwCscfg2
@ChrisFCB_@RetroGameCorps Ehhhh, at this point I'm not sure how many APUs there are available to GPD that'll get acceptable-to-you performance and cooling in a handheld as small as the Win 2... I BELIEVE that the Win Mini is as close as it gets now with the clamshell form factor.
@thedadamer@BobWulff Ehhhhhh... before tariffs, the middle tier version of this would be cheaper than the cheapest ASUS ROG Flow Z13, which is the only mobile PC besides the HP ZBook Ultra G1a (positioned as an AI workstation) to have the 395... an APU that's more commonly found in mini PCs.
@RomeoMafia@BobWulff In fact, were it not for tariffs the Flow Z13 would be more expensive than all except the highest-end Win 5 configuration, while all of the ASUS US estore configs for the Flow Z13 only have a 1 TB SSD.
@baldlyrudy @kamsijnr At the moment I'm only aware of ONE laptop with the 395, that being the HP ZBook Ultra 14 G1a, plus the Flow Z13 tablet(s) and the Win 5 handheld... EVERY other machine with a 395 so far is a mini PC.
