The hardest thing to build today is an Agent Harness. You can't just vibecode a good harness. A good harness requires care. We think we built the best general agent harness over the past 6 months.
When building a Harness you need to consider the following:
- Streaming, Tool Calling, Compaction, Memory
- Subagents, Background tasks, Steering, Queuing, Monitoring
- Persistence, Permissions, Connections, Crons, Workflows
Making all of these GREAT, while also allowing the user to customize and share their @chorus_agent is probably the hardest thing we've done as a team. But we believe that the people who build the most useful agents won't even know what a harness is... They will be people who are experts in a given domain. We will empower those people.
3 months ago, Apple banned Vibecoding apps from the App Store.
2 months ago, we figured a way to make 10x better native Swift iOS apps directly on your phone.
- Build any native iOS app
- Run it on a real iOS simulator
- Download directly on your phone

What makes Codex and Claude Desktop a "Super App"
They are apps that allow you to control agents, that can control your entire computer, that can do coding tasks and knowledge work tasks, end to end.
They have automations, integrations/plugins, and a browser that allows you to see what that agent is doing.
All knowledge work will rotate into super-apps.
It's only a matter of time.
I’ve been using a personal (AI) agent for a few weeks. Not OpenClaw - thought about it, tried, but didn’t enjoy the experience.
I’m not a tech guy.
My agent is accessible through text.
Just everyday iMessage on my phone and laptop. No app, no web interface, just texting the agent like I’m texting a coworker.
I’ve made group chats with my team and the agent, “Donna,” and she (Donna) builds things. We’ve made a web app, deployed it, nearly 100 people have used it in just a couple weeks.
There are a half-dozen use cases mid-flight with Donna right now. It’s early.
I’ve spent about $100/day but I think I’m a heavy user - and we are building around several initiatives.
Right now I have three teams from my company @OneAccord in group chats with Donna building for the future.
Today I asked Donna how efficient she is with token usage.
I’ve been creating dozens of tasks and automations. I forget what I’ve started at times. This is a new learning for me - the agent works so fast and is so capable that I just keep giving it stuff and I can’t keep up… seriously.
Anyhow, where I thought checking emails every 5min would be cool - turns out it’s not necessary.
Some of the automations I established are not as useful as I imagined.
Cost me a few hundred bucks to learn this lesson. Thought I’d share it with you for free 😎
I just asked Donna, “are you being efficient or wasteful with tokens?” She gave me these insights.
Most of the people in my feed already know these things.
I’m hopeful that I might show up in the feeds of entrepreneurs and business leaders who are curious to learn.
