I have the call recordings of customer support who promised to transfer to delivery team but transferred to a agent who promised to call me back but never done.
This is not a big problem for you but for me it's a big deal.

So I have an order placed on 20 which was expected on 21st but delivery Never happen Which is ok but I see updates as delivered attempt was made and customer not responding.
