The so-called authorized dealer Peaks Auto Pvt Ltd, Lasjan Bypass Srinagar is committing fraud with customers.
I booked a Baleno Sigma on 07 July 2025, paid ₹3,500 booking fee + ₹7,11,000 through JK Bank loan.

Fed up with their excuses, I cancelled my booking on 21 Aug 2025. They assured me a refund but never returned my money. After I filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline on 09 Sept 2025 ( Complaint No. 7780323) , they refunded only ₹1,00,000.
