Gulmarg Scam & the Parasites Feeding On It —

For years, Gulmarg’s priceless land and natural wealth have been looted and bled dry by a privileged few who thought the rules didn’t apply to them.

Land allegedly grabbed, occupied and held through fraud — and make no mistake, this won’t end at simply reclaiming the properties.
Every rupee, every illegitimate benefit squeezed out of these assets over decades will be traced, recovered and deposited straight into the public exchequer, where it always belonged.

All the frantic lobbying, the backchannel scheming, the desperate scramble for political cover? It’s already in plain sight.

So let’s be absolutely clear: if guilt is established, no influence, no proximity to power and no backroom deal will shield anyone from full accountability.

Consider this a warning to all — but especially to one notorious Gulmarg hotelier and the rotten political network that has fed off him for decades, swaggering around as if he/they are/were untouchable.

Empires built on theft and corruption will not be spared. Every part of that model will be exposed and dismantled.

To the brokers, fixers and self-styled power brokers panicking in the shadows right now: watch yourselves. Justice may be slow, but when it lands, it lands like a sledgehammer — and it’s coming when you least expect it.

From the Gulmarg land scams to the forest plunder, the theft of pandit assets and the shady property deals — every file must be torn open. Every dirty transaction dragged into the light. Nothing stays buried forever, no matter how deep you tried to hide it.

And to the cowards who keep targeting my name with lies: be careful what you wish for. Every false accusation will be met head-on. Every smear will be exposed. Every attack you launch will blow open the very doors you were desperate to keep welded shut.

Go ahead — drag this into the gutter. But don’t complain when the spotlight swings back onto your own filthy record, your shady associations, and the questions you’ve spent years dodging.

The storm isn’t coming. Accountability is already kicking the door down.
And here’s the question nobody wants to answer: if the Enforcement Directorate has already taken cognisance of this matter, then why are the corrupt officials who enabled it being spared? Why no names, no notices, no action against the very hands that signed off on this loot?

And why, through all of it, is the J&K Police standing silent? Silence isn’t neutrality — silence is complicity. The people of Jammu & Kashmir deserve to know who is shielding whom and why.

Gulmarg belongs to the people of Jammu & Kashmir — not to corrupt cartels masquerading as legitimate players.

Let the investigation tear through all of it. No sacred cows & No protected names.

They have never been known as grassroots leaders inclined towards sustained street-level struggle or confrontation politics; rather, their politics has largely revolved around negotiation and compromise.

If the statement is nevertheless taken seriously, it could broadly point towards three possibilities — confrontation, compromise, or stepping down from a particular position. Rs. 6.12 CRORE of public money released in March 2023 — at year-end — for 2,685 solar street lights across Kupwara’s border Panchayats. Not a single unit was installed - Not one.

ACB J&K sent TWO teams — DSP-rank officers, Executive Magistrates, engineering experts — for ground inspection on 3rd & 4th April 2023.

Their own written report on record said:
❌ No lights installed
❌ No procurement made
❌ No Bill of Quantities diligence
❌ No time limit in tenders

And then the ACB called it — in their OWN words — “a conspiracy to siphon off public funds.”

They recommended cancellation of tenders, full recovery and criminal action against culprits & erring officers.

That was 2 years ago.

Result? Zero FIR, Zero recovery, Zero arrests & Zero accountability.

The Electric Division Kupwara issued a denial. The ACB went silent. Rs. 6.12 crore of PRI grant money — meant for the people of a border district — sits in private hands.

This will NOT be buried.
