@cardfactoryplc your Meadowhall store lost a sale to Clinton's cards as your store wouldn't reserve helium balloons. I even explained I was travelling 160 miles to Sheffield.
Clinton's were very helpful, unlike the member of staff I spoke to on Saturday, who was almost rude.
