Do your research before dealing with Viator.

I suspect this practice is replicated across most excursions that they offer.

I understand they exist to make a profit. But there's making a profit and there is just plain ripping people off!

We've been ripped off!

Viator have not provided any explanation as to why they have charged us £345 more than what the excursion price would cost without booking through them.

And they have refused to offer any refund, again with no explanation.

@JamesPelton18 I have a question for you James. If you have built a position up over 12 months then surely some of that money should available in the withdraw balance by now? Deposits can be withdrawn after 6 months. Why is your withdraw balance €0?
