@MurrayHillGuy1 Moving to Dallas next month. 29, did 7 yrs in the city. Absolutely love the opportunity, friends, and life it gave. I don’t hate the dating. Did it work out, no. But every girl I met was super cool and it’s all good vibes, but the scene as a whole is toxic. Excited for TX culture
@FreddyLA7 My home state! Make sure you check out my Alma Mater’s stadium The Swamp. Right off exit 387 on i75 and dare I say we have one of the THE BEST newest traditions in college football🤝🐊
This is why American is different. No disrespect to anybody else or other countries. Just speaking to and about middle class America. You can believe all you want about the power of the elite class riding around on yachts, private country club memberships, politicians using their platforms to divide and to enrich themselves and think they are better than everybody else.
When you get into the heart of America. This is what you get. This picture symbolizes America. There are still badasses by the C130 loads in this country. Don't let social media fool you. Please don't. Those boot wearing, blood spitting, potato eating SOB's are the silent majority I promise you. When it's time to kick ass and take names. They will be there. They won't be recording with their Iphones, driving Lexus SUVs. They won't be wearing Gucci shoes and Peter Millar golf shirts, Smathers and Branson belts but you'll know they are there. You won't hear them. You will see them. This picture symbolizes this country. Its toughness has never wavered from it's founding to modern day. It doesn't give up. It's gets knocked down, gets up and fights. So when you see that man with dirty hands, dirty boots, torn jeans missing a tooth, calluses on his hands and two toddlers hanging off his arm after a 14hr work day. Just know...that is America. That is the United States of America. That is the majority. Judge them how you want but never under estimate their resolve when their back is against the wall.
No one knows you. No one has a story about who you are. No one is waiting for you to be the person you were yesterday. You're just a stranger in a chair by the window, watching a city that doesn't need anything from you.
It's the feeling that anything could happen. That the world is bigger than the walls you built around yourself back home. That the life you've been living is just one version of a life, and there are others, and they're not as far away as you thought.
At home, you're fixed. Known. You fit into a shape that other people recognize, and after a while, you forget you're even in a shape at all. But here, alone, somewhere new, the shape dissolves. You could be anyone. You could be more of yourself than you've ever been. No one is watching to see if you stay consistent.
@LukeSampe None of this will happen… injuries occur every year. It’s inevitable that key starters will go down next season, I’d never wish that but it’s reality. Nixon i fear will stay for whatever reason. If they haven’t learned from their mistakes in the past 5 years, why now?…
@jasonjwilde When you have a defense with a generational player like Micah Parsons on it.. you just don’t dip after one year. Especially with him going out the way he did this season
Christopher Nolan said he will never work with Netflix
“Why would you? If you make a theatrical film, it’s to be played in theaters”
“Netflix has a bizarre aversion to supporting theatrical films. They have this mindless policy of everything having to be simultaneously streamed and released”
