@thenewlove @StokeyUpdates @ShowMeASignBryn Bryn will give you a better answer, but IIRC there are comprehension problems with blue circle signs, so red “no entry” or “no motor vehicles” with exception plates are now often used because they get better compliance. The sign pictured should be the one, if drivers knew the HC.
