I am a South African business owner operating a guesthouse, and I urgently need assistance with my Google Business Profile.

For the past two years, I have made multiple attempts to verify my business. Each time, the video verification remains pending for approximately a week before ultimately being rejected. Unfortunately, there appears to be no alternative verification method available and no effective way to obtain timely support.

The situation has now become more serious: my business listing appears to have been compromised, and the phone number on the listing has been replaced without my authorization.

I have already submitted an affidavit and supporting documentation to Google Support to prove ownership of the business, but I am still not receiving meaningful assistance.

This is directly affecting my business and my ability to communicate with potential guests. I urgently need this matter escalated and my business profile restored to its rightful owner.

@Google — please can someone from the appropriate support or escalation team assist me?

What is the correct process to have this resolved?
