@HughJRichards Not a teacher- a governor. Secondary age grandchild. I want to know: do they behave/are they polite, are they happily & actively engaged in learning and does the teacher know them. (The ClassCharts points for engagement in a lesson on a day they were off sick shows they don’t!)

@nationaltrust @SaltramHouseNT Well I’d watched the Ballet as a child but that’s a while ago and Max didn’t know the story at all! It was really lovely to be met at the front door by Brigette and her jingling bells who was able to set the scene before we headed into the house.
