@Chris_d_Cameron And paid another $160 to upgrade to “extra comfort seats” for our connecting flight HNL-PHX which are merely exit row seats (and I hate those).
After sleeping on the floor of OGG for 3 hours ONLY to find out that our redeye flight was cancelled, we got switched to Hawaiian Airlines this morning. Paid for first class seats on Delta and have been downgraded to the back of the HA plane with no space. #SkyMiles#SilverStatus
