You got to send them a DM (direct message/private), then they will do whatever they want. They won't answer anything publicly on Twitter. Too much bad press on Twitter... it's been 3 weeks since their service is flaky or down.

@aoliveiracanada @voipms After a week i've got fed-up and tried to find similar provider. I've ported out to @telnyx which have similar pricing. But they don't have the same features than VoipMS. No basic feature like voicemail, or even call ring to contact multiple SIP from a single DID

@TheLeftPopulist @voipms I've thought about it too. Many providers just charge 15$/month. With solution like VoIP[dot]ms vs My Usage, i usually end up with an invoice of ~5$/month, so they don't do as much as their competitor.

@Stonehenge_Wood @mac212188 @voipms i've seen some people claim that they won't answer to ping anymore. I would be tempted to believe it's true since most of the servers don't reply but i just changed for montreal10 and it work. So don't base your server choice on ping like we did last week

@MT1Info @voipms sounds like the hackers took a break this week-end and decided to strike once more at the moment where it hurt more: monday morning. They will keep doing this until friday i guess
