5th random middle-of-the-business-day internet outage on @CoxHelp in the last 10 days. Incredible! I am literally counting down the days before I get to switch to a new ISP. I would take anything over this.
@CoxHelp internet is out for the 3rd time this week. Luckily we are finally getting the option to switch ISPs, and I'm already on the waitlist. I cannot wait to cancel my Cox account!
We've now had 10+ consecutive hours of @CoxHelp internet going in and out, but don't worry! They just texted me they're NOW aware of a potential outage in our area!
Their ad game is going strong though. I have to click through two upsells before I can even see their outage map π
In a rare, neverbefore seen moment, I'm going to praise @CoxHelp before I base them. I finally talked to a support person who was able to get our service online without forwarding me to 20 other people! ... before (following their prompt) trying to me upsell me on my services.
@Xfinity I'm begging you please start offering service to middle Georgia. Or at least share your insider secrets with Cox. They're struggling and need some help.
Another day of taking meetings using my hotspot because @CoxHelp can't get their crap together. So much fun, so glad I don't have any other providers to switch to!
